 Education Qualification 
  • Candidates must have a Law degree, shorthand speed of 120 w.p.m. in English, and computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m. They should also have at least 5 years of regular experience as a Private Secretary, PA, or Stenographer in a government department, PSU, or statutory body.
